Documents to PDF Format: |
| |
|
Feature
Summary: |
|
The RPost Registered E-mail service includes
features that add productivity and convenience
to save time and money. Included, and on
demand the sender can convert an Office document
to PDF with the check of a box.
The Convert to PDF feature allows for
quick, on the fly conversion of Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint documents to be converted to a
PDF for the receiver. The RPost
system has a dedicated PDF conversion infrastructure
that converts the documents the sender requests to a
PDF with no tedious extra steps.
In addition,
the sender may decide to add extra security to
the PDF by assigning a password the receiver
must input to open the PDF.
