 Feature Summary:

 

The RPost Registered E-mail service includes features that add security, productivity and convenience to save time and money.  Included, and on demand the sender can add a client or reference code assigned to the Registered E-mail message for document management purposes or cost recovery.
 

Sender's ViewReceiver's ViewUsage Report

Step 1:  Compose a new Message and press the "Send Registered" button.

Step 2:  When the Registered E-mail feature pop-up appears, insert a client or reference code in the "Client/Reference Code" field.  This will insert that code directly on the Registered Receipt e-mail and the monthly usage reports.  The code can be any number of letters or numbers and can have spaces in between.  Next press the "Send" button.

 

 

 

 

Step 3:  The Registered Receipt contains the client/reference code in the HTML text and with XML tags (see below).
