Step 8:  Usage Reports

 

RPost has detailed reports that are sent out by default every month to each sender of a Registered E-mail message.  There are two types of reports a company may opt for.  More frequent reports can be sent upon request.

 

Note, this is not an invoice but rather a list of activity similar to a telephone log.  The user may opt-out of this report if they choose to do so.

 

USER SUMMARY REPORT

  1. CSV files for viewing in Excel

  2. Sender's usage data

  3. Register Reply usage (if feature is used)

  4. Client / Reference Code details

 

COMPANY SUMMARY REPORT

  4. Client / Reference Code details

 

 

 

 

A company has the option to receive a weekly or monthly summary report with an attached spreadsheet of the usage and reference/client codes.
