Send Certified Email

Certified Email™ delivery uses the Registered Email™ proof of delivery and Digital Seal® sender authentication technologies, enabling proof of delivery for the sender plus sender authorship, content and timestamp authentication for the recipient.

Sending a Certified Email™ message has two components:

  • Sender Proof: provides the sender with certified e-delivery tracking, content, and timestamp proof with optional encryption, along with advanced open and delivery tracking, returning to the sender a court-admissible timestamped Registered Receipt email record. And it does this without requiring any action or setting at the recipient level.
  • Recipient Proof: provides the recipient – or any future recipient after the message may be saved or forwarded onward — a simple way to (a) authenticate original sender, (b) verify authenticity of original content, (c) prove original third-party timestamp of receipt, and (d) re-construct the authenticated original content including attachments.

Certified Email™ overcomes common problems with digital signatures: With PKI digitally signed email, the sender receives no record of delivery, and the recipient cannot authenticate sender or content if the message is forwarded or viewed in most email program browsers.

Email Impostor Protection: Certified Email™ services help recipients verify authenticity of invoices and other corporate documentation transmitted, protecting against Business Email Compromise (BEC) attacks, invoice, and wire fraud commonly associated with email interception, man-in-the-middle, and email impostor attacks.

Registered Encryption™ technology is RPost patented.
