RMail adds security, eSignature, and compliance services that run within Microsoft Office mail interfaces.
Users benefit with simple one-click options to send Registered Email™ messages to track, prove, and certify content and timestamp of e-delivery, options to encrypt the message and attachments, send for electronic signature, send large files, and enable additional e-security and e-collaboration options. Automated predictive RMail® technologies can recommend or require triggering of these added messaging features. eSignature contracts and Registered Receipt™ proof records import into the Outlook inbox structure.
RSign® is also connected, which provides feature-rich and affordable e-signature and digital forms automation, reducing business costs.
RMail® is integrated into Microsoft Outlook as a COM-Add-in for the full versions of Outlook, and as a JavaScript add-in to Office Online and certain Mac instances of Outlook. RMail for Outlook also has an RMail Outlook API that makes it easy for third party Outlook applications to trigger the RMail functionality from within the third-party Outlook application. The RMail for Outlook add-in preserves the native functionality of Outlook and the outbound SMTP message stream. RMail large file transfer services use RMail REST API. RSign is connected to Outlook using REST API.
Each eSignature completion and each message sent return the final Registered Receipt™ and electronic signature records into the Outlook Inbox (into auto-generated receipt and contracts folders). These include delivery and eSign forensics, cryptographically sealed to the delivery content and timestamp, and packaged as a Registered Receipt™ proof record or an eSignature certificate record.
Microsoft Office is the world’s most popular business productivity and communications platform.
