App Overview:

Zywave Partner Platform is a web-based agency management system for insurance agencies maximizing growth and retention.

Zywave Partner Platform integration with Outlook enables their customers to access their files and contacts from within Outlook. With a valid RMail account, users can leverage all RMail for Outlook and Zywave Partner Platform for Outlook capabilities combined, plus automatically add incoming receipts to Zywave Partner Platform. Some of these capabilities are:

  • Track & Prove: Marked and Unmarked
  • Encryption: TLS & Message Level
  • eSign: E-Paper, Tags, One-Click
  • Large File Transfer
  • Email Impostor Protection
  • Wire Fraud Protection
  • RMail SideNote™: private notes to contacts in cc/bcc
  • RMail Recommends™: provide ad-hoc smart recommendations to users to send their emails registered, for track and prove, or for eSignature
  • RMail Disappearing Ink™: protect sensitive content by making it disappear after being viewed once or after a certain number of views
  • RMail Redact Reply™ prevent recipients from replying to encrypted emails, exposing sensitive content in the email thread

Zywave Partner Platform Customers can also leverage RMail Gateway™ for all inbound and outbound communications to and from Zywave Partner Platform. RMail Gateway™ adds a security gateway perimeter to ensure protection of data and privacy compliance for all users within the company and among clients. RMail Gateway™ automates email security with advanced email encryption, security AI, and end-point protection for privacy compliance, inbound and outbound threat protection, data loss prevention, and much more. It includes proof of privacy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), with email tracking, certified e-delivery proof, and eSign productivity built-in.

How to Install

Installation Tips:

Make sure you have both the RMail for Outlook plugin and the Zywave Partner Platform for Outlook plugin installed.

  1. Open the Partner XE tab in Outlook.
  2. Click on “Options”
  3. In the popup window, look for the setting “Automatically add incoming receipts from RPost to Partner XE” and check the box to enable it.
  4. Note that the client’s Address Book in Partner XE also must include the email address with Allow Auto-Add checked.
