London, United Kingdom – February 9, 2015 – British insurance brokers are facing new rules under The Insurance Act 2015 that require a fair presentation of the risk, with clear and accessible disclosure of every material circumstance which the insured knows, or ought to know or, failing that, sufficient information to put a prudent insurer on notice that it needs to make further enquiries.
