RPost Extends its Registered Email and RSign Services with Text Messaging

This service is essential for organizations that are required to provide certain notices, have the option or by rule must send by text message, and need a powerful, court accepted, proven, durable, and verifiable record of who received what content, when. Registered Text™ messaging is an extension of RPost’s world recognized Registered Email™ service and is available stand alone or within its RMail e-security platform.

RPost has added multi-modal address interfaces into its products permitting people to, in the same message send, choose to send by email only, email and text message, or text message only for each unique recipient. Within the same message send, one can send to some recipients by email, by text, or both email and text, and receive legal proof of content delivered (Registered Text™ service) and/or faster eSign (RSign Text™ service). Both return a cryptographically verifiable proof record by email or eSignature to serve as long term evidence far into the future.
