RMail for Salesforce

RMail for Salesforce

App Overview:

Adding the Send RMail button to your Salesforce objects makes it easy for users per message or for admins to automate transmission of certain messages as RMail messages.

RMail adds functionality for important messages including email encryption, Registered Email™ e-delivery proof, advanced features including converting to shared file links, automatically configuring sent messages to receive recipient electronic signature on documents or placed in tags on application-built PDFs, and more.

Each RMail message returns legal and court admissible open tracking, proof of email delivery, proof of privacy compliance, and audit-trail records for recipient eSignature on documents. All email with or without attached documents are delivered directly to the recipient’s inbox – recipient do not need log-ins or special software, even with the RMail email encryption options.

RMail for Salesforce makes it easy to track, prove, eSign and encrypt with proof of delivery compliance, legal eSignature records, and proof of privacy and compliance.

Main Services:

  • Track & Prove: Sends a Registered Email™ message. A Registered Receipt™ email record is then returned to the sender with court-admissible time-stamped proof of the content delivered and advanced open tracking.
  • Encrypt: Delivers files and email message body text and attachments encrypted direct to the recipient’s inbox with no need for recipients to register or click links, returning auditable proof of compliance and privacy.
  • eSign: Attach a document and send as Registered Email messages, formatted so the recipient can use their mouse to electronically draw or type their signature on the document, returning a legally signed contract to both sender and recipient
