RPost today announces the release of its RAPTOR™ AI Intelligent Collaboration Security Module, a new capability designed to help organizations extend protection beyond traditional email security into email-adjacent communications and collaboration channels where sensitive business context increasingly moves.
The module addresses a growing security challenge: business communication no longer happens only in email. Employees share documents through persistent links, exchange files through cloud platforms, discuss sensitive matters in messaging apps, send meeting links across collaboration tools, and move decisions between email, Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, web meetings, shared folders, eSignatures, and secure file-sharing workflows. These channels improve productivity, but they also create new places where cybercriminals can gather context, impersonate trusted parties, and prepare more convincing attacks.

It is especially relevant for organizations that rely on web conferencing, instant messaging, and cloud-based document sharing where traditional cybersecurity agents may have limited visibility.

The module focuses on four high-risk communication modes.
Persistent document and file links can become a source of intelligence for attackers. A cybercriminal who gains access to an insecure link may see contracts, invoices, board materials, payment instructions, deal terms, or customer information. That content can then be used to create highly contextual phishing, business email compromise, vendor impersonation, or AI-generated messaging-app lures. RAPTOR AI is designed to detect suspicious access to shared content and AI Auto-Lock™ content when cybercriminal application scanning, unusual access patterns, untrusted networks, or other high-risk indicators suggest the link is being viewed or probed by an unintended party.
Fraud increasingly moves from email into messaging apps and SMS after the attacker has gathered context elsewhere. A criminal may learn enough from a file link, data room, shared folder, or email thread to send a convincing WhatsApp or SMS impersonation: “I saw the closing packet,” “I reviewed the wire instructions,” or “I’m joining the call in five minutes; please send the updated document here.” Where RPost-controlled links or documents are involved, RAPTOR AI can auto-lock exposed content, report insights related to suspicious access, and help security teams understand whether the message may be linked to prior reconnaissance.
Modern collaboration platforms increasingly include AI assistants and agents that can summarize channels, read documents, index shared files, or act on user instructions. This creates a new risk: attackers can place prompt-injection instructions or manipulative content inside shared documents, messages, or links that are later processed by an AI assistant. RAPTOR AI Intelligent Collaboration Security is designed to detect hidden prompts, embedded instructions, or agent-directed language intended to alter AI behavior, suppress warnings, extract confidential information, or manipulate workflow decisions.
Meeting links and calendar details are now part of the attack surface. If an attacker gains access to a meeting invitation, document link, or calendar thread, that context may enable more credible impersonation, including AI-assisted voice, video, or deepfake presence in a web meeting. RAPTOR AI is designed to analyze signals around meeting-link access, calendar context, file downloads, and participant behavior to help alert when meeting-related content may be accessed by an impersonator, unauthorized participant, or reconnaissance actor.
