RSign Now Runs Inside the Most Popular Legal Document Management Platforms, iManage and NetDocumentsRSign eSignatures by RPost Now Appear to Operate Natively Inside iManage and NetDocuments with the RSign Document Management Connector Enabled

Los Angeles, CA – August 18, 2022

RPost announces new releases for its iManage and NetDocuments application connectors, making the user experience for law professionals sending documents from these platforms for recipient eSign, seamless. Once RSign is enabled in these platforms (cloud, server, and legacy versions) senders can, with a click, indicate which documents they want to have eSigned, and these seemingly magically appear in the RSign platform for sending, and the final signed agreement returns automatically filed back into the client record in the iManage or NetDocuments platforms.

“We’re continuously integrating our RSign eSignature service with business management and document management platforms the world over with our robust and dynamic API. We welcome iManage and NetDocuments customers everywhere to experience the blissful simplicity of RSign, in particular, now that we’ve built these integrations,” states RPost CEO Zafar Khan.

RPost has been supporting legal and other customers with its RSign eSignature services since the dawn of (eSign) time—since the early 2000’s. “RSign is one of three eSign providers offering these native-looking integrated user experiences within these platforms — and the only one that is affordable at scale. Think feature richness – that’s in the RSign DNA; think much more affordability – that’s how we work with our clients.”

Compared to the other two eSign integrations in these platforms, with RSign, customers can reduce their eSign costs by 60%.

Generally, with iManage and NetDocuments, with RSign, users can click on a file and “send-to”, “print-to”, or “drag-and-drop or attach to” RSign. Each of these steps magically opens a new RSign browser pre-logged in, with one’s files pre-loaded for configuring and sending for eSign.

While there are many options to manage the returned signed record, with iManage and NetDocuments, RSign can automatically place the return eSign record right in the document management systems’ client record or in another designated location.

“We’ve worked with clients to accommodate all of the combinations of versions that they use from their client to cloud to server instances of iManage and NetDocuments,” adds Martin Alterman, RPost product marketing manager. “And, we’re here for you. We think of software as a service as quite literally, a service business. We try harder for you; and we’ve set up a fully managed migration team so that you can migrate from other eSign services, and we’ll set up all of your templates and eSign rules for you. Gold star service; friendlier RSign people.”
