Rocky the raptor here, vocal cords recovering from well over 500 discussions with enterprise chief information security officers and their peers. I’m RPost’s cybersecurity product evangelist, returning from the East and West coast this week at the Gartner security conference in Washington DC and Info-Tech security conference in Las Vegas.
During a chat with the CISO of Bose, famous for their noise cancelation technology, I was (in my mind) thinking how great it would have been to have deployed their noise cancelation tech from the four corners of our exhibit stand to block the extraneous noise (😉) as we dialoged with CISOs about the fascinating details of our RAPTOR™ AI preemptive cybersecurity solutions. Raptors like me have the keenest of eyesight, but not the vocal cords of a White Bellbird (my peer known for having the loudest bird call). I digress…
I thought you might be interested in hearing how some of the conversations progressed, in a play-by-play simulation.
CISO asks: What is RPost?
Rocky responds: RPost is an AI cybersecurity company. By the way, Gartner recently named RPost a VISIONARY for our PRE-Crime preemptive cybersecurity solution. We’re showcasing at the conference how our RAPTOR™ AI can pre-empt cybercrime and human error.
CISO follows: What is Preemptive Cybersecurity?
Rocky proudly responds: PRE-Crime, or preemptive security, can for example, see leaks happening and then with AI agents, un-leak leaks before seen, even if these leaks are outside of your networks. This is a modern approach to get ahead of risk and hooks into your outbound email and document flows. This is different from inbound or in-the-network security.
Then, given the opportunity, Rocky elaborates: Let me explain further…
Now, here is the point where we showed an example of RAPTOR™ AI in action, identifying in real time an outbound message from one of our customers sent to a recipient in Dallas, Texas, detected to being actively read in Benin City, Nigeria and Cape Town, South Africa. RAPTOR tech then attributes this near simultaneous email eavesdropping anomalous activity on the outbound email to the Black Axe infamous mafia-style cybercriminal cabal.
Hmmm, most would murmur.
But then, I would anticipate what they were thinking… Most would think, well we block at our inbound gateways millions of attempted connections a day from all over the world.
Considering this mind-reading, I would then emphasize, yes, it is important to have inbound and in-the-network defenses to block those regular mass market attacks. However, consider the difference --- RPost’s PRE-Crime solution uniquely hooks into the outbound mail flow adding the ability to see leaks outside of endpoints after the message or document send, inside less resourced third parties, and then AI agentically un-leak leaks. And, with no cooperation required by any recipient or third party.
Then, I would simply say, “Would you want to know when a sensitive email your executives sent to a recipient related to a transaction or strategic initiative was actively being read by a cybercriminal cabal in Russia, Nigeria, China, or North Korea?”
100% said yes.
Well then, RPost is the only one that specializes on seeing what you cannot see today, these cybercriminals acting inside compromised email accounts at your less resourced third parties.
We can, with RAPTOR AI, empower you to see the unseen leaks and better yet, un-leak these information leaks before threat actors can see them.
And the icing, we also provide a forensic record that the leaks were un-leaked before seen and therefore arguably there is no reportable breach all the while future risk has been pre-empted.
This is PRE-Crime™ cybersecurity powered up with RAPTOR™ AI. (See 2-page brochure).
